  We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of this Earls location. Our Cokes came out in filthy glasses-perhaps the glasses had been run through the dishwasher but there was definitely no soap used they were totally filthy and had old food still stuck to them. We left without getting our food. I also noticed that the bar was really grimey and unkempt-the bowls of drink garnishes were up on he bar and we're covered with a layer of dusty grime. My husband used the men's room and described it as an 'outhouse' and very unkempt. However, I used ladies room and found it was fine-tidy and in order. On the bright side the service staff was very friendly and accommodating...they promptly moved us to a patio table after they had already seated us, very kind service staff. We were very disappointed and surprised at the awful condition of this Earls location. We live in Edmonton and go to the Southcommon Earls location which is always pristine and flawless. This location does not do the Earls name justice. Giving only one star-just for the kind service staff.
