  The hotel staff works very hard at ensuring that guests are happy and taken care of. We came here for my girlfriend's 25 birthday and the night that we arrived, we were delivered a beautiful, tasty birthday cake. Other incentives are available when booking a room which I'm sure would not disappoint considering the cake we got. The front desk was knowledgeable on where to see considering most attraction's were closed when we visited Jasper (November). The food was good and the hotel itself is very big and cozy. They offer a one way free cab ride into town which is nice if you feel like having a few drinks in town. The room itself was nice as well.
  
  The Internet and TV was not the greatest with the TV constantly cutting in and out. Our lock on our door had its battery run out when we moved in so we were locked out for abut 10 minutes as it got figured out. That was okay because again, the staff was very accommodating and had no problem transferring us rooms if needed, as well as got the problem fixed right away.
  
  All in all, we had a good experience here!
